Ragging

Ragging is the major threat as far as juniors are concerned. But the same ragging gives the thrill and enjoyment for the seniors, especially for the second years. Some students get a mild ragging while some other are met the extreme level. Usually the students who didn’t obey the seniors at the very first time itself will get the extreme level.

Many colleges have adapted the anti-ragging community to save the students. Usually the final year students will be in charge for that. The worst thing in this is that some of those students will be involved in ragging directly or indirectly. Some times this ragging has cost the students lives itself.
Some colleges’ takes the ragging in the positive side that it helps the interaction between the seniors and juniors, so that they can become friends in the future. The college management teaches the juniors about how to behave with the seniors. At the same time it also advises the seniors to be within the limit. As far as my opinion this is the healthier ragging.

However ragging is the punishable act and it should be avoided fully.
